Safe Sanctuaries
Safe Sanctuaries allows our sanctuaries, classrooms, mission encounters, camps, retreats, and all spaces where we gather to worship and serve God to be places of trust. View our Safe Sanctuaries policy here.

Spring New Member Classes:
If you have been worshiping with us and you would like to learn more about our church, or if you think you might be interested in becoming a member, we invite you to consider attending our upcoming New Member Class.
Participation in the class does not commit you to church membership, but it is an opportunity for you to find out more about the life and ministry of our church and to give prayerful consideration to whether you want to enter into membership. Childcare can be provided if that would make it possible for you to attend.
Spring classes are March 8, 15, 22, (11:30am – 1:30pm), joining on March 29th. Please call or e-mail Shelley Nichols at 740-653-3330 or ShelleyNichols@love-first.org for more information.

A reminder that cyber-criminals and con artists are using more and more technology to scam people. Please know that should you ever receive an email or text from anyone on staff asking for money or gift-cards, it’s not from the staff. Should you receive an email or text or are ever in doubt, please feel free to call the church at 740-653-3330, and we will take the appropriate action. Thank you!

Family Blacklight Dance Party: Break out your glow-in-the-dark clothing and let’s dance! Join the Family Events Team on Friday, February 21st, for the first Family Event of 2020! Refreshments and glow-in-the-dark items will be available for everyone! Be sure to invite your friends for a night of FUN! Register online at vbspro.events/p/blacklight-dance-party so we have an accurate count for goodies! Wear either white or glow-in-the-dark clothing!

Parents: This is not a drop-off event and one responsible adult must remain at the Dance Party for the duration of the event.

There is no charge to attend but we encourage everyone to bring a ready-to-eat, easy-to-open (pull top), shelf-stable food item to go to our First Community Kitchen Assistance Closet. Items can include, but are not limited to:
Spaghetti-Os, Canned Ravioli, Canned Fruit, Peanut Butter Crackers, Cereal Bars, Individually Wrapped Beef Jerky or Slim-Jim type meats.
