As we pray, “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done,” we acknowledge that the world is not yet what God desires for us, and we ask God to work through us to make the world more closely resemble His kingdom. This week at Crossroads Community, we will stream part of the Social Justice Experiential Initiative, sponsored by OU-L.  We will hear the story of Anthony Ray Hinton who was wrongfully convicted of 2 murders and spent 30 years on Alabama’s death row. He will share his experience with inequality in the criminal justice system. We will discuss how his experience relates to God’s dream for us and consider our role in working toward the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven. Join us at 6:30 for a short devotional time and the livestream begins at 7:00! Everyone is welcome!
